The Bear inspired us to start our supper club, and we crafted a menu that paid homage to the dishes from the show.

    Mortadella-stuffed parmesan cannoli with pistachio crumb

    Sydney’s Cola-Braised Short Ribs
    Beef short ribs slow-cooked in a cola braise and mushroom risotto (with added acid)
  • Dessert
    Marcus’ Chocolate Cake
    Chocolate cake, mousse and icing with vanilla ice cream
